Connor is about a week old here.
This is the newborn size, and fit him for about 2 months.
Here is the size S. You can see how I rounded the corners and added facings.
This makes the cover more like the Mother-Ease ones I like so much, and allows me to apply the binding all in one pass.
Connor wore these for 6 months; they held up very well.
I use regular nylon tricot for the binding, cutting it 1.5 inches wide and running it through my 18 mm bias tape maker.
Then I fold it in half and apply it around the cover, over the elastic.
Uh oh, he's getting away! Connor is almost 8 months old here (2 more days!), and has just grown into the size M.
He is probably a bit over 20 pounds now.
